Why is there a monthly fee at all?
Same reason your truck needs oil changes. The software behind a website updates constantly, and if nobody maintains it then within a year it's slow, insecure, and buried on Google. The monthly covers hosting, security, backups, updates, and every content change you ask for. Most clients call twice a year. Some call monthly. Same price either way.
Do I actually own the website?
Yes, and this matters. Your domain is registered in your name, on your card, from day one. You own the domain and all the content outright. If you ever leave, you take everything with you. Nobody is holding anything hostage.
What happens after the minimum term?
Standard rolls on month to month at the same $129. On the No-Brainer plan, once your 24 months are up you move to the regular $129 monthly like everyone else. No auto-renewal into another long contract, no cancellation fee. Most clients stay because the service is worth it, and that's the only lock-in we believe in.
Is there a cheaper option?
We don't discount the price, but we can shrink the scope. A three-page site where you supply your own photos brings the build down to $997. The monthly stays the same, because that's our actual cost of keeping your site fast, secure, and updated.
Couldn't I just use Wix or have a relative build it?
You could, genuinely. The honest question is what happens in month eight, when the security certificate expires, the site starts throwing warnings, and you need it fixed by Friday. DIY tools cost about $30 a month plus roughly twenty evenings of your time. If you've got those evenings, go for it. If you don't, that's what we're for.
How do payments work?
On Standard it's a 50% deposit to begin, the balance on launch day, and the monthly starts 30 days after your site is live. On No-Brainer there's nothing upfront, your monthly simply begins when the site launches. Both run on a card on file or pre-authorised debit, so there's never an invoice to chase.
How fast will my site be live?
Within two weeks of our first call, assuming you can approve things promptly. We'll tell you the exact date before we start, and we hit it.

We sit down, go through exactly what you need, and give you one clear number before any work starts. Custom builds get the same all-inclusive monthly care as everything else we make.
